The hotel, where you can find also a restaurant and a bar, is completely renovated since may 2005. It is family establishment and an optimal starting point for those who want to gain information about the hills of Montepulciano, a village rich in history and art, in a cullinary and winetasting way. The families Perugini, Mangiavacchi and Garosi, who are managing the hotel, have a small grocery in the restaurant. They give a lot of importance at the quality of the raw material of food as well as at the carefulness of the preparing in the kitchen, quite like the local tradition. This is possible because of the own production of poultry and rabbits, the well choice of sausages and the great Pecorini, that are typical for this region.
