The Bed & breakfast preserves an authentic history, which began in 1962, when Raffaele and Maria arrived from Sardinia in Tuscany, bringing with them the ancient artisan techniques of dairy processing. The Cugusi Dairy has grown over the years and is now managed by the sisters Giovanna and Silvana and the whole family gives its contribution from agriculture to pastoralism up to the dairy.
