Four large guest-rooms, all styled by Karin, occupy the upper floors of the eighteenths-century villa. From all the rooms you can enjoy a 180° on the Val di Chiana countryside and the historical town of Montepulciano. In the guesthouse, breakfast is served at the table with organic products sourced or farmed locally – the five-hectare farm counts olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruits among its produce. Our plant-based vegetarian restaurant offer dishes prepared at the moment only with fresh, seasonal and local products.

You can find the agriturism of Godiolo just outside the city of Montepulciano, about 500 meters from the city center. From here you have a splendid panoramic view of the hills that surrounds the ancient city. The building has medieval origins and was restored in the beginning of the 19th century to create a summer residence for the noble family Smaghi-Bellarmino. After a complete restore it is now brought to its ancient splendor.

The Azienda Agraria NOBILE is situated at 1 km from the historical center of Montepulciano in a charming position from which you can admire the old town of Montepulciano, the Valdichiana valley, Lake Trasimeno and the mountains of the Umbro-Marche appennines.

The farm has an area of approximately 10 hectares, of which 5 are vinyard, 2 olive grove and 3 a fruit grove producing exclusive plums, delicious local fruit.

The whole land is considered protected faunistic area, in which hares and pheasants live wild.
