•    At 9:30 p.m., the representatives of each Contrada, dressed in costumes and split up in “Terzieri”, march through the streets in a parade starting from their district of origin to Piazza Grande.
•    At 10:00 p.m., in Piazza Grande, ceremony with reading of the proclamation and greeting by the Gonfaloniere. Afterwards, celebrations will start with the flag throwing display by the “Gruppo Sbandieratori e Tamburini di Montepulciano” (Montepulciano’s Flag-wavers and Drummers Group).
